So-called "Lincoln-type" decoy in excellent original condition. Its original bill is pegged through the top of the head. Strong original paint. Small ding on left side of the tail. Cap Vinal says these shorebirds were made by Lincoln. See Cap's Lincoln book, page 66, for a similar example.
