Hollow small-bodied decoy with snakey head in untouched original condition. Dry original paint covered with a thin protective varnish coat. Some flaking, particularly around its tail. Seams are slightly separated.

Carries the VL&A stamp for Von Lengerke Antoine, the famous Chicago sporting goods store.
