Seth W. Steward, Monson, ME, Dated 1901
One paddle features a brook trout on a triple fly; the other has a moose. Excellent original condition with a dry "attic" patina. Minor edge chipping. Steward (1844-1934) was known for his paintings of the Moosehead Lake region.
